What You’ll Do
- Draft dispositive and discovery motions in active federal and state litigation
- Develop case strategy alongside partners rather than beneath layers of review
- Manage discovery, work with experts, and prepare witnesses for deposition
- Take on responsibility as fast as your work earns it
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school, with admission or eligibility for admission in Georgia, California, or Florida
- 1–3 years of litigation experience; judicial clerkship experience valued
- Exceptional research and writing — writing samples required
- The judgment to own assignments
