Will Moore

Will Moore joined WT as an associate. Before joining WT, Will was an associate at a law firm specializing in labor and employment defense, where he assisted employers in mediation, arbitration, and litigation in federal and state court. Will frequently advised employers in statutory and regulatory compliance efforts, and revised employment agreements, policies, and handbooks.

Will’s experience covers virtually all phases of litigation, from case assessment to trial and appeal. Most recently, he successfully co-tried a case in small claims court and received a judgment for a pro-bono client. Will has also assisted in litigating business and restrictive covenant disputes.

Will graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law. He was a member of the Moot Court team, participating as both advocate and coach, and was also a graduate research assistant for the Center for Law, Health & Society. He served as a judicial extern for Judge Elizabeth Gobeil at the Georgia Court of Appeals, and Judge Richard Story at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Will was a Pupil of the Bleckley Inn of Court and was inducted into the Order of the Coif upon graduation. Before law school, Will received his B.A. in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Georgia.
