Trishanda Treadwell

Trish Treadwell is a senior litigator with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial, regulatory, and consumer finance matters. Her practice spans high-stakes litigation, internal and government investigations, and enforcement actions involving federal consumer protection laws, business torts, and employment disputes.

Before returning to private practice, Trish served as Assistant Litigation Deputy Counsel at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Northern District of Georgia. In those roles, she led investigations and litigation involving novel legal issues, regulatory compliance, and high-profile disputes across a range of industries.

Trish previously spent more than 15 years in private practice, including as a partner at a prominent Atlanta firm, where she represented financial institutions, franchisors, and Fortune 500 companies in federal and state courts nationwide.
