Logan Leonard

Logan is a commercial litigator with experience representing clients in high-stakes, complex disputes in federal and state courts across the country. Before joining WT, Logan clerked for the Honorable Alia Moses, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, and practiced at an elite Manhattan complex commercial litigation firm.

Logan has represented clients with billions at stake in antitrust, securities, contract, and business-tort matters. He has successfully litigated actions at every stage, from pre-suit investigation through appeal. He has also represented a debtor in a multibillion-dollar chapter 11 proceeding. His time clerking for one of the nation’s busiest federal trial courts provided extensive courtroom and case-management experience. In addition to his private-practice work, Logan is committed to pro bono service and has volunteered with various legal aid organizations.

Logan graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he served as Lead Articles Editor for the Journal of Law & Politics. During law school, he clerked part-time for the Honorable Richard Moore of the Charlottesville Circuit Court, a state trial court of general jurisdiction. He also interned with the Appellate Section of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division in Washington, D.C.

Before law school, Logan graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida. He triple-majored in Economics, Political Science, and History, earned highest honors for his thesis in economics, and graduated in three years.
