Jenna Schneider serves as Special Counsel at Watstein Terepka. She has more than a decade of experience representing technology, fintech, and other consumer-facing companies in complex litigation, privacy disputes, consumer class actions, mass arbitrations, and regulatory matters.

Jenna has defended clients in state and federal courts in cases involving TCPA claims, CIPA claims, consumer-protection statutes, website-tracking technologies, data practices, breach-of-contract claims, fiduciary-duty disputes, and other complex commercial matters. She has substantial experience developing and executing litigation strategy across large portfolios of consumer disputes, including putative class actions, individual claims, arbitrations, mediations, and administrative proceedings.

Her experience includes obtaining the early dismissal of a consumer privacy class action, avoiding approximately $40 million in exposure; serving as first-chair trial counsel in a multi-day jury trial that resulted in a defense verdict; defending technology, fintech, and consumer-facing platforms in TCPA and CIPA matters, including putative class actions and mass-arbitration demands involving alleged unlawful communications, tracking technologies, and data practices; and building and leading the litigation and investigations function for a regulated fintech company while serving as its General Counsel.

Jenna holds a CIPP/US license and is admitted in Texas, Georgia, and Ohio. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Southern California.
