Bianca Pineda is a Senior Paralegal with extensive experience supporting high-stakes litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Bianca spent nine years at Kirkland & Ellis, where she supported attorneys in sophisticated litigation and trial matters. Her experience spans complex commercial disputes, intellectual property, product liability, mass torts, multidistrict litigation, and coordinated proceedings, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters.
Bianca plays an integral role throughout all phases of litigation, from discovery and depositions through trial and appeal. She works closely with attorneys throughout the development and execution of cases. Her experience includes large-scale discovery, deposition and witness preparation, court filings, exhibit management, litigation technology, and trial support. Her background includes high-profile trials and bellwether proceedings involving large case teams, complex witness coordination, extensive discovery, and substantial evidentiary records.
Known for her sound judgment, precision, and ability to anticipate the needs of litigation teams, Bianca brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to demanding matters and fast-paced litigation environments.
Bianca earned her B.A. in Political Science, with an emphasis in International Relations, from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and her Paralegal Certificate, awarded with High Distinction, from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension.
