Lauren Meeler

Lauren recently joined WT as an associate. Prior to joining WT, Lauren served as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, where she worked on all types of federal appeals and was selected for the specialized jurisdiction team.

Lauren graduated summa cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law, where she served as an Associate Articles Editor. She also served as a research assistant for two years, researching child trafficking and international children’s rights law. Lauren’s work has been published in the Georgia State University Law Review, JAMA Pediatrics, and the Stanford Journal of International Law.

Before law school, Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology. Before her career as an attorney, she spent several years managing claims for a national auto insurance carrier and managed multimillion-dollar IT projects for a multinational mass media and entertainment conglomerate.
