Keith Emanuel

Keith is a business litigator with extensive experience defending and prosecuting consumer class actions and complex commercial litigation. She has experience in all phases of litigation and appeals (see, for example, oral argument available here) and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts across the nation. Keith regularly litigates cases involving the TCPA, FDCPA, FCRA, and many state unfair competition and other consumer statutes. She has also litigated cases involving breach of contract, insurance coverage, construction, employment, and other class actions.

Prior to joining WT, Keith was an associate at other global law firms and clerked for Judge Lisa Godbey Wood of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Keith attended law school at the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served on the Georgia Law Review as an Articles Editor and won numerous awards on the Moot Court Board, including first place in the Russell competition for all 1Ls. She graduated cum laude, and served in research assistant and teaching assistant positions. Prior to law school, Keith attended Furman University where she studied abroad extensively across Europe and graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in history.
