Keith Dye

Keith is WT’s Director of Operations. In that role, he supports his colleagues and keeps the firm running smoothly by managing the firm’s operational services, external relationships with vendors, recruiting efforts, billing systems, and more.

Keith practiced law for years before transitioning from legal practice to administration. He worked in the administration of Case Western Reserve University School of Law for more than four years, for example, most recently as the Senior Director of Student Services and Career Development. In that role, Keith assisted students in several areas related to their career search and throughout their studies during law school. During his time in law school administration, Keith served as co-chair for the National Association of Law Student Affairs Professional’s Wellness Committee and published articles for the National Association for Law Placement.

In his years as a practicing lawyer, Keith served as an Assistant Director of Law for the City of Akron Prosecutor’s Office, where he prosecuted various crimes and first chaired several jury trials, bench trials, and suppression hearings. He also served as a Staff Attorney for the Clark County Child Support Enforcement Agency, where he handled cases to establish support, contempt, and to impose sentences for non-payment.

Keith received his law degree at the University of Akron School of Law, where he was active in the Asian Latino Law School Association. He received his undergraduate degree at Case Western Reserve University, with a double major in Political Science and Nutrition.
