Oyinkan is a Corporate Litigator at Watstein Terepka with extensive experience defending securities class actions and complex commercial litigation. She has experience in various phases of litigation, including pre-suit litigation, post-hearing briefing, and appeals.
Before joining Watstein Terepka, Oyinkan worked as a Litigation Associate at global law firms in both New York and Atlanta. While there, she litigated cases in state and federal courts around the country. Some matters she litigated include breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and alleged antitrust violations. Oyinkan also advised public company clients regarding their legal disclosures and corporate governance reforms.
Oyinkan graduated from Columbia Law School, where she served on the staff of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Eric N. Vitaliano of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. While there, she received a Commendation for Leadership and Commitment in Human Rights and the Emil Schlesinger Labor Law Prize. Before Columbia, Oyinkan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Fulbright Research Fellow in Ilorin, Nigeria, where she researched the administration of Islamic law in Ilorin’s area court system.
