What You’ll Do
- Prepare, format, and e-file documents in federal and state courts nationwide
- Manage case calendars, court deadlines, and docketing
- Organize discovery: document collection, review support, and production logistics
- Support depositions and trial preparation, including exhibits and logistics
- Maintain case files and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
- Litigation paralegal experience; federal court and e-filing experience strongly preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail and calm ownership of deadlines
- Proficiency with e-filing systems (ECF/PACER) and litigation support tools
